Practicing Yoga to me is much more than a series of poses. It is an invitation to be present, allowing us to observe our mental chatter and patterns, be aware of our physical and emotional connection, and discover new vantage points from which to understand life.

You can learn to shift the perspective about your thoughts, from negative to positive, in a conscious and deliberate way through mindfulness and meditation. As a consequence, you can change your mindset and re-direct the flow of your life. Taking care of your mind is another way to heal your body and emotions.

Meditation is perfect for stress relief and overall wellbeing. The mental component of healing is just as important as the physical one.

Mindfulness, which is the art to pay attention to the present moment in all you do, is practiced with a series of techniques I can teach you.

My therapeutic trauma-and Somatic Experiencing informed sessions want to provide people with a nurturing and supportive environment to find their balance through compassion and understanding.

Trauma, anxiety, stress and past issues are stored in our bodies. Deliberately focusing on feeling emotions in our bodies, rather than processing them through a rational/analytical approach, will bring healing. We will be able to alleviate chronic conditions, reconcile and/or let go of distressing emotions, encourage life shifts to progress further on your path.

Therapeutic trauma-informed Restorative 1-on-1 Yoga Sessions (60 min)


These sessions are completely personalized for you and we will work together to meet your body where it is at. I will assist you with resetting the nervous system through an embodied trauma- and Somatic Experiencing informed Restorative Yoga practice, mindful awareness, breathwork and deep relaxation. $80

Private Individual (one-on-one) Yoga and/or Meditation Sessions (60 min)

Working in a private setting I provide my students with a safe space for them to explore breath practice, meditation and postures.
The experience will be tailored to the student’s individual needs. Contact me for questions or my availability. $70

Private Yoga and/or Meditation and Mindfulness tools for Pairs (2 people) (60 min)

Working in a private setting I provide my students with a safe space for them to explore breath practice, meditation and postures.
The experience will be tailored to the pair’s needs. $80
